The NAC Group is keen to encourage 16-18 year-olds to gain employment linked to meaningful programmes of learning and training. Our Green Collar Apprenticeship is a market-leading product, designed to meet the needs of employers in the emerging low carbon industries.

The NAC Group also supports the delivery of adult apprenticeships. We are committed to making a positive contribution to the growth of apprenticeship provision over the life of the current parliament – as set out in the plans of the Skills Funding Agency.

We have over 15 years of experience in managing apprenticeships for world-class employers. We can employ and manage apprentices on behalf of companies, thereby reducing the level of risk to the employer, as well as the amount of bureaucracy.

Our innovative approach to the Work Programme will ensure that employment opportunities are made more sustainable. This involves persuading employers to commit to provide apprenticeships, and encouraging staff to improve their skills over time.
